This TESCO Supermarket is located in Northwick Park Centre.

Security boxes in batteries and CD/DVDS.

The supermarket is quite neat and orderly. Patterm are filled so that the sellers can tell in a glance if something is missing.

Check-out section.

The supermarket uses the greeding words to cover the security door, it may make the customer feel less offence.

In my opinion, both Tesco and Morrison do a good job in prevent shoplifting. They uses 24hr CCTV operation, warning signs, security tag and boxes in the products that are easily been stolen such as barries, CD/DVDS and Alchohol. They also try to reduce the offence of the true customers. That is because they have enough money to get good security systems and hire guarder. But some cheap stores like 99p stores or local grocery shops, they don't have enough money to get the security systems, the shoplifting is a big problem for them.
I think I will then do some research on how to prevent theft in low-cost.
